William R. Stengel

A native of the Quad Cities community, Bill has combined his interest in trial work with a general practice of law that centers on business ventures, financial transactions, construction disputes, real estate, probate matters and family law. Bill has been actively involved in the community as both a public official and as the treasurer or two local private foundations. Prior to entering private practice, Bill was a trial attorney with the Iowa Attorney General's Office Division of Special Prosecutions dealing in financial fraud and official misconduct. He is currently the Ethics Officer for Rock Island County.
